Reminiscent of a rich gold vein running through a body of quartz. Available in white concrete only at this time as I feel this most accurately represents natural quartz. I use a quartz sand in this concrete to lend legitimacy to this concept.

I use genuine 24k gold leaf on these bowls. Though I would be able to bring down the price by using imitation gold leaf, I believe in honesty of materials and that only the highest quality materials enable a high-quality end product. These bowls are handmade one at a time, variations in vein patterning and the amount of gold leaf will vary from bowl to bowl. At the time of this writing I have made a few of these bowls and have come to appreciate that less in more in this application, and that too much gold leaf results in an inaccurate representation of nature and tends to look overworked.

The top edge of your bowl is ground and polished by hand using a water-cooled diamond grinder. This additional layer of craftsmanship creates a clean, finished look and sets these bowls apart of others which may not exhibit this level of artistry.
Your bowl will be shipping within a wooden box, a phillips screw driver/drill will be needed for opening.

Size is measured across the top diameter of the bowls and are approximations, exact dimensions vary with each distinctive pour. This bowl is ~16" in diameter, and ~3" tall. Weight ~ 11lbs.

These bowls are very labor intensive to create, please allow for a 4-6 week lead time.

Slight variations in color and texture are inherit in concrete and should be expected. Due to differences in screen calibrations, brightness levels, etc, your concrete may appear lighter or darker than pictures.
